Content of Exhibit

Packaging Materials/Packaging Machinery

Exhibits range from general packaging machinery to special packaging as well as new materials that are being developed one after another. All aspects of packaging will be on display, including printing machines, binding machines, and other related equipment, as well as computer controls for various lines.

Food Ingredients/Food Machinery

A variety of new food ingredients will be exhibited. Also, there will be a full lineup of food machinery, including meat, agricultural and fishery processing machinery.
A rich lineup of products to meet a variety of needs will be on display.

Bakery and Confectionery Machinery

In the area of bakery and confectionery machines, including mixers, dividers, molders, fermentation chambers, ovens, steaming machines, encrusting machines, fryers, dorayaki machines, chocolate molding machines and more will be exhibited.

Logistics & Information Systems

This exhibit is possible because it is a comprehensive exhibition. The latest systems from efficient production management at factories to product sales management at retailers will be exhibited. Visitors will be able to directly see and be introduced to everything from transport and cargo handling equipment, storage systems, logistics equipment such as sorting machines, information management systems such as POS systems, as well as hardware and software such as various types of store equipment for sales promotions.

Sanitary, Environmental, Inspection Related Equipment and Other Equipment

Including packaging for garbage disposal containers and recycling equipment for food waste, environmental and sanitation-related equipment as well as parts and related equipment used in packaging machinery, food machinery and inspection equipment, and logistics machinery will be exhibited.

Powder related equipment

Visitors can see manufacturing and process equipment such as pulverizing equipment, instrumentation and measuring instruments, materials and engineering, as well as recycling systems designed to protect the environment.

2024 Chubu Pack Newspaper and Magazine PR Activities

The publicity activities for the Chubu Pack were carried out over the past two years. Advertisements were placed in 41 newspapers, including national newspapers, industrial economic newspapers, specialized magazines, and trade journals. We have also cooperated with local TV and radio stations for interviews, as well as for traffic advertisements.
Two press conferences were held for the 2024 Chubu Pack. We also used social networking services to deliver information directly to users to encourage them to visit the exhibition. Thanks to these efforts, the number of visitors reached nearly 50,000 over the four-day period.

The exhibition is held in Nagoya, the center of manufacturing and the heart of Japan. Access from all over Japan is also excellent. Cancellation of Exhibit Applications

In principle, cancellation of an application to exhibit is not allowed.
In the event of cancellation of an application, the application fee or exhibit fee already paid will not be refunded.

Prohibited Items

Exhibitors are not allowed to sell anything other than books in the venue during the exhibition.

Exhibit Regulations

Basic booths

  1. Basic booths are set up with system panels. The system panel consists of a vinyl chloride panel (white), aluminum pole and aluminum beam. No nails, screws, adhesives, or sutra paper may be directly attached to the system panels, aluminum poles, or beams. There are two types of basic booths: single booths and double booths. The organizer will install the rear wall, side walls, and booth number plate. Parapets and company name plates will be installed upon request. In the case of block booths, the space will be handed over to the exhibitor and there are no basic booth types.
  2. All decorations other than those listed above are the responsibility of the exhibitor.
  3. Dimensions of one booth are 2.97m (frontage) and 2.97m (depth) at the core. There is a limit of 2.7 meters for the height of booth decorations. However, the height may be up to 4.5 m in the aisles and 1 m away from adjacent booths, but decoration plans must be submitted and approved by the organizer and the local fire department. The 1-meter requirement may be relaxed if the back of the building is a wall. In this case, you are still required to submit a decoration plan.
  4. Standard booths are recommended for those wishing to reduce decoration costs.

Electricity

  2. Electricity usage fee
    The electricity usage fee will be calculated at 60 yen per kWh in accordance with the electricity supply regulations of Chubu Electric Power Company, based on the number of kW and load applied for by exhibitors, and will be invoiced together with the main line construction fee during the exhibition.

Gas

If gas is used as a heat source, only propane gas may be used. Exhibitors are responsible for all installation costs and gas usage fees necessary for the use of propane gas.
(Exhibitors are required to indicate the estimated gas usage capacity on the application form. If exhibitors wish to change their estimated gas usage, please contact the secretariat by January 14, 2026.)

Water Supply and Drainage

A basic water supply and drainage system is provided in the exhibition hall. All construction costs and water usage fees for water supply and drainage are the responsibility of exhibitors.

Demonstration by Exhibitors

  1. Exhibitors are allowed to demonstrate exhibits in the booths allocated by the organizer.
  2. Exhibitors may offer food products produced in the demonstrations for tasting with the permission of the public health center.
  3. Exhibitors are not allowed to immediately sell the products produced by the demonstrations.

Invitation of Customers

Exhibitors may invite customers with an invitation admission ticket issued by the organizer.

Exhibitors' Handbook

  1. In 2026, the organizer will publish and distribute to exhibitors the “Exhibitors’ Handbook,” which will contain various rules and regulations concerning exhibiting.
  2. Exhibitors are requested to comply with the rules and regulations described in the “Exhibitors’ Handbook”.

Volume restrictions

  1. Any activity that interferes with the business negotiations of other exhibitors is prohibited.
  2. When using a video or microphone, the volume of the speaker may be restricted.

Anchor Bolt Notification

Exhibitors are required to notify us in advance if they intend to bury anchor bolts in the floor of the venue.
The exhibitor will be responsible for both installation and restoration costs.

Temporary Telephone

Exhibitors are welcome to install necessary telephones during the exhibition at their own expense upon request.
